My name is Rosa, and my love for Honduran cuisine started in a small kitchen filled with the scent of simmering beans and coconut milk. Growing up, food wasn’t just a meal—it was a story told through the rhythmic “pat-pat” of handmade tortillas.
I started Catracha Casera to keep these traditions alive. From the coastal flavors of Sopa de Caracol to the comforting warmth of a classic Plato Típico, I’m here to show you that you don’t need to be in Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula to eat like a Catracho.
